Free Pregnancy Testing
When it comes to an unplanned pregnancy, you want to know for sure you’re pregnant before making any major decisions. Here are the most common pregnancy symptoms; if you’re experiencing any of them, you’ll want to take a pregnancy test to confirm your suspicions.
We offer free pregnancy testing to verify the results of your at-home test.
Common Pregnancy Symptoms
- Late or missed period
- Tender, swollen breasts
- Nausea, with or without vomiting
- Food cravings or aversions
- Fatigue
- Emotional ups and downs
You can’t rely on pregnancy symptoms alone to determine whether or not you’re pregnant, but they can be a good indication and a tip that you need to take a pregnancy test.
When to Take a Pregnancy Test
It’s best to wait until at least one week after your missed period before you take a test. Taking it too soon can give you a false negative.
We also recommend you take the test first thing in the morning for the most accurate results. Your urine will be less diluted than if you take the test later in the day after drinking fluids.
What if My Pregnancy Test is Positive?
While early pregnancy symptoms can be a good indication you’re probably pregnant, it’s best not to rely on them alone. Instead, taking a pregnancy test is a better indicator.
If your test came back positive and you weren’t planning on being pregnant at this time, don’t panic.
You can verify your pregnancy test results with an ultrasound. We offer free, confidential pregnancy testing and on-site ultrasound referrals so you can know for sure. An ultrasound can answer questions a pregnancy test can’t and will provide more information about your pregnancy.
We also offer free consultations on all your pregnancy options so you can make a fully-informed decision about what to do next. We’re here for you!
