Sometimes we are so focused on our own struggles that we develop a kind of tunnel vision. Sometimes all we need is someone who is in the trenches with us, but is just one step removed so that they are be able to give us a slightly different and more uplifting perspective. This is what the women at the Pregnancy Care Center specialize in.
The center was my safe place. I was able to talk to someone and be completely free to share my thoughts and feelings. My peer-counselor gave me guidance, knowledge and prayer. I walked in stressed and heavy and would leave renewed and uplifted.
